Built inlayers.
A twenty-four storey residential tower where every floor is a finished piece: poured, glazed and lit before the next one lands.
01 — Assembly
Eighteen-metre piles and a podium of two double-height floors.
One post-tensioned slab every seven days, around a single concrete core.
Unitised facade panels, craned in and sealed from the inside.
A brass-finned crown hides the plant and frames the roof garden.
02 — Design
Concrete, glassand a lotof light.
Three materials, used honestly. Board-marked concrete you can touch, glass from floor to ceiling, and brass that weathers to a soft brown over the years.
Core and twelve columns
Post-tensioned slabs, no downstand beams, so every ceiling is flat and 2.95 m high.
Triple-glazed, unitised
0.7 W/m²K panels with a solar-control coat and an opening vent in every room.
Ground and sun
Geothermal loops under the plaza and 640 m² of photovoltaics behind the crown.
03 — Drawings
Every line,drawn twice.
Each floor was drawn as a plan, then again as a fabrication model, so the building on site matches the drawing to the millimetre.
