Product design at VisiLean.

SaaS for construction and production teams. Six pieces of work taken from the problem through to the interface, each written up in full.

Handed over as something that runs.

Research, flows and the argument for a design work the way they always did. What changed is the last step. Instead of a static frame and a prototype that only approximates the interaction, I build the screen as working HTML with AI coding tools.

Developers build from something that already behaves, and stakeholders judge the real thing instead of picturing it from a flat mockup.

This is the prototype itself, not a picture of one. A sample site plan is loaded, and it takes a few seconds to start. Switch modes at the bottom, turn on Trade Mode, right-click a zone, or open Export for the full report. To use your own drawing, open Files and Folders and upload a PDF.

Designed it, then built it.

A personal product taken from the first sketch to something people can install, designed and built single handed.

Khetiyaar banner. The logo, the tagline From Soil to Sale, a Google Play download badge, and three Android screens showing the home feed with weather and mandi rates, the selling options, and a garden map.

Khetiyaar is an AI farming app for Indian farmers: season crop plans, photo-based disease diagnosis, hyperlocal weather, live mandi rates and a marketplace of verified dealers, all of it in Gujarati, Hindi and English with voice guidance.

I designed the product and then built and released it myself, both the website and the Android app, using AI coding tools in place of a development team. It is the clearest answer I have to whether a designer can carry an idea all the way to something installable.

Looking for a designer who asks the awkward questions early.

Email is the fastest way to reach me. I read everything, and I reply to anything with a real problem behind it.
