Product
Product design at VisiLean.
SaaS for construction and production teams. Six pieces of work taken from the problem through to the interface, each written up in full.
- KhetiyaarDesign, build and releaseKhetiyaar is an AI farming app for Indian farmers: season crop plans, photo-based disease diagnosis, hyperlocal weather, live mandi rates and a marketplace of verified dealers, all of it in Gujarati, Hindi and English with voice guidance. (opens in a new tab)
- The BIM viewer's biggest problem was colourVisiLean, BIM viewerA building model that runs in the browser and plays the construction schedule back on itself, so a slab running late is visible on the building rather than buried in a Gantt row.
- The site board that is the scheduleVisiLean, 2D site boardThe board wall every site runs its morning from, rebuilt so the zone you draw and the task it carries are one record instead of two that have to be reconciled.
- Evercam: site cameras that stop unsafe workVisiLean, risk detectionSites already have cameras. Connected to the plan, a risk the camera spots becomes a constraint a person confirms, and the unsafe work stops.
- One platform, sold as three productsVisiLean, platform architectureThree products that still navigated like one. A switcher that opens each in its own tab, so a module can be used, and sold, on its own.
- The meeting recap nobody has to writeVisiLean, reporting automationEvery change was already logged, and nobody could read the log. A report that writes itself and reaches people without a login.
- Quality checks that unlock in orderVisiLean, quality moduleReduce quality failures, prevent rework and increase accountability through a structured multi-stage checklist approval process.
Designed it, then built it.
A personal product taken from the first sketch to something people can install, designed and built single handed.

Khetiyaar
Khetiyaar is an AI farming app for Indian farmers: season crop plans, photo-based disease diagnosis, hyperlocal weather, live mandi rates and a marketplace of verified dealers, all of it in Gujarati, Hindi and English with voice guidance.
I designed the product and then built and released it myself, both the website and the Android app, using AI coding tools in place of a development team. It is the clearest answer I have to whether a designer can carry an idea all the way to something installable.

Handed over as something that runs.
Research, flows and the argument for a design work the way they always did. What changed is the last step. Instead of a static frame and a prototype that only approximates the interaction, I build the screen as working HTML with AI coding tools.
Developers build from something that already behaves, and stakeholders judge the real thing instead of picturing it from a flat mockup.
